Fixing #3407 Failing tests in spec/unit/node/environment.rb
A naked rescue in Puppet::Node::Environment was hiding expectation
violations from the Mocha mocks.
Specifically, 'modulepath' expectations were failing, as Puppet::Module now calls
Puppet::Node::Environment#modulepath internally.
