Fixes: 1. Use small horizontal line instead of dash on by-neeba.tex
2. Intendation on author names/dates for most of the articles.
Use consistent date format
3. Enlarge page height for notes by Anivar to fit in one page
4. Page height adjustments for other articles - cricket-spirit.tex and ipl-party.tex
