credentials_kerberos_state
This allows us to pass this value in directly from the cli_credentials structure in winbindd, once we merge this with cli_rpc_pipe_open_spnego().

This allows the target service (as determined from the IDL) to be
passed to GSSAPI (rather than the current, incorrect, "cifs").

This also includes renaming the helper function
rpccli_ntlmssp_bind_data, and allows this function to operate on any
gensec-supplied auth type.

W2K3 DC's can have IPv6 addresses but won't serve
krb5/ldap or cldap on those addresses. Make sure when
we're asking for DC's we prefer IPv4.
If you have an IPv6-only network this prioritizing code
will be a no-op. And if you have a mixed network then you
need to prioritize IPv4 due to W2K3 DC's.
Jeremy.

to struct sockaddr_storage in most places that matter (ie.
not the nmbd and NetBIOS lookups). This passes make test
on an IPv4 box, but I'll have to do more work/testing on
IPv6 enabled boxes. This should now give us a framework
for testing and finishing the IPv6 migration. It's at
the state where someone with a working IPv6 setup should
(theorecically) be able to type :
smbclient //ipv6-address/share
and have it work.
