r5011: Do not use KRB5_CONFIG internally as it is used by MIT and Heimdal to find
the configfile (/etc/krb5.conf). Kerberos-Tests tend to segfault when
reading the krb5-config binary as configuration-file...
Also allow KRB5CONFIG to be passed over again
(KRB5CONFIG=/my/heimdal/bin/krb5-config ./configure...)
