s4-backupkey: IDL for ServerWrap subprotocol
This adds some IDL structs for the ServerWrap subprotocol, allowing
parsing of the incoming RPC calls and returning WERR_NOT_SUPPORTED
instead of WERR_INVALID_PARAM.
