Changed the copyright owner from myself into, 'the sylpheed documentation team', added the list of team members, corrected some errors in the questions numbering, added a small part to explain why some questions are marked CX instead of QX, updated the list of translations (removed those that do not exist anymore and the very old versions, when a more up-to-date version exist).
