software: added profile registration mof skeleton
created single instance of PG_ProviderProfileCapabilities with
the following DMTF subprofiles:
* Job Control
* Software Identity
* Software Update
skeleton is parsed with cmake, which sets the VERSION and writes
it to mof/ directory
