journald: Make indication tests more robust
Set indication filter for a specific message rather than waiting for any
indication and checking the message afterwards. This turned out to be a problem
in rush environment where we often got some other system message. The system
was working, just the test limitation was weak.
This change also adds more simple checks about the subscription as long as
we're dealing with more complex CQL queries now.
