Hardware: Added PCI_Bridge provider
Separated PCI_Bridges from PCI_Devices and provided multiple additional
information related to PCI_Bridges.
New providers:
* LMI_PCIBridgeProvider
* LMI_PCIBridgeSystemDeviceProvider
