fix problem with daemon shutdown when abrt.conf file is wrong
- it gives this message
abrtd: Loading settings
abrtd: abrt.conf: Invalid syntax on line 38
abrtd: Error while initializing daemon
process 20610: arguments to dbus_connection_unref() were incorrect, assertion "connection != NULL" failed in file dbus-connection.c line 2791.
This is normally a bug in some application using the D-Bus library.
D-Bus not built with -rdynamic so unable to print a backtrace
