* powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asmStephen Rothwell2008-08-041-32/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly. Of the latter only one was outside the arch code and it is a driver only built for powerpc. Signed-off-by: Stephen Rothwell <sfr@canb.auug.org.au> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
* [POWERPC] Add hand-coded assembly strcmpSteven Rostedt2008-04-071-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | We have an assembly version of strncmp for the bootwrapper, but not for the kernel, so we end up using the C version in the kernel. This takes the strncmp code from the bootup and copies it to the kernel proper, adding two instructions so it copes correctly with len==0. * [STRING]: Move strcasecmp/strncasecmp to lib/string.cDavid S. Miller2007-04-261-2/+0
| | | | | | | We have several platforms using local copies of identical code. Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
* powerpc: fix strncasecmp prototypeLinus Torvalds2006-03-251-1/+1
| | | | | | It takes a size_t, not an int, as its third argument. Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@osdl.org>

They differed in either simple comments or in the protecting ifdefs. Signed-off-by: Stephen Rothwell <sfr@canb.auug.org.au> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
