Switch to CONFIG_USB_GPIO_VBUS to builtin
This is an attempt to fix the following message:
usb1_vbus: Failed to request enable GPIO170: -517
reg-fixed-voltage regulators:regulator@2: Failed to register regulator: -517
Later the related module phy-gpio-vbus-usb will not be loaded
