* ext/extmk.rb (extmake): save all CONFIG values.
* ext/extmk.rb (extmake): remove mkmf.log at clean, and extconf.h at
distclean, respectively.
* ext/extmk.rb: remove rdoc at clean, and installed list file at
distclean, respectively.
