* mkconfig.rb (Config::expand): expand ${} too.
* ext/extmk.rb.in (try_link0): expand command.
* ext/extmk.rb.in (try_cpp): ditto.
* ext/extmk.rb.in (extmake): default $LIBPATH to $libdir
