* lib/webrick/httpserver.rb (WEBrick::HTTPServer#virtual_host): new
method to register virtual hosting servers.
* lib/webrick/server.rb (WEBrick::GenericServer#accept): call
do_not_reverse_lookup for each socket if :DoNotReverseLookup
