* ext/bigdecimal/bigdecimal.c (BigDecimal_mode): set exception mode
correctly. In spite of BigDecimal.mode(BigDecimal::EXCEPTION_ALL,
true), BigDecimal.new("NaN") did not raise an exception previously.
