* common.mk, Makefile.in, {bcc32,win32,wince}/Makefile.sub: integrated
macro definitions.
* bcc32/Makefile.sub: LIBRUBY_SO should use DLDOBJS, not EXTOBJS.
* {win32,wince}/Makefile.sub: separate config.h for compiler versions.
