* lib/test/unit.rb: use standalone runner for -e.
* lib/test/unit/autorunner.rb (Test::Unit::AutoRunner#options): accept
multiple -p and -x options.
* lib/test/unit/collector/dir.rb (Test::Unit::Collector::Dir#recursive_collect):
ditto.
