* lib/implicit.c: added sexagecimal float#base60.
* ext/syck/rubyext.c (yaml_org_handler): ditto.
* lib/token.c: indentation absolutely ignored when processing flow
collections. plain scalars are trimmed if indentation follows in
an ambiguous flow collection.
