* ext/extmk.rb: keep srcdir unexpanded.
* lib/mkmf.rb (create_makefile): quote topdir and hdrdir if necessary.

* lib/mkmf.rb (configuration), {bcc32,win32,wince}/Makefile.sub: make
also INSTALL_PROG and INSTALL_DATA system dependent.
