* win32/win32.c (rb_w32_open_osfhandle): adjust
rb_w32_open_osfhandle() with _open_osfhandle().
* win32/win32.c (rb_w32_accept, rb_w32_socket): return -1 on
error.
* win32/win32.h: should use file descriptor instead of SOCKET.
