This will make it possible for plugins to register what they
have changed during installation, so that they can revert
any changes they made during the uninstallation.

Point to a file containing the license rather than including
it in every single source file. This will make it easier to
manage the license in the future without another humongous
commit.

This replaces the print statements in the installer code with
a python logger so we can log all output to the installer log
and a subset of it to stdout in one step without duplication.
The cherrypy.log.error() logs to the "error" log at a severity
of logging.INFO by default. Set an appropriate log level for
these as well.

With the switch to mod_auth_gssapi we aren't limited to only
negotiated Kerberos so name the plugin to reflect this.

There was no way to validate argument input from plugins and
cause the installer to bail out. If a plugin needs to validate
some input it can use the validate_args() method and raise
ConfigurationError() if an issue is found.

This is the only way to force in a custom version string
so that the remote IPA server doesn't reject the request
as being newer than the server.
This also removes the need to iterate over all servers
as the IPA connection API does this automatically.

Move most plugin enablement and initialization code in plugin.py to
reduce code duplication and simplify and unifify plugin enablement
for all base plugin types (login, info, providers).
This patch breaks backwards compatibility as it changes how the list
of enabled plugins is stored in the database tables.

The IPa helper chcks a krb keytab is available for the local HTTPD
service at the standard ipa location, and if not available, tries
to register the sevice and retrieve one from the IPA server.
At the end of the process forces the activation of the krb plugin
as well as the fallback to pam for authentication.

Environment helpers are meta-plugins that allow to set ipsilon in
well defined environments.
For example when ipsilon is install in a FreeIPA or AD domains and
authentication methods, cetificate, keytabs etc, can be pre-configured
and deployed at the same time the server is installed with minimal
effort and wellknown methods.
These are run before any of the other plugins as they can chage the
configuration option for any of the plugins, enable or disable plugins,
or pre-configure some elements.
