We generate man pages from RST sources now; they are checked into
the tree in src/man/.
The gen-manpages directory is no longer needed.

A previous ticket moved kadmin, kadmin.local, ktutil and k5srvutil man
pages to man1 from man8. This updates the section within the man
page.
