* configure.in: Merged content from include/configure.in. Don't configure
include directory any more; build its makefiles and autoconf.h directly. Provide comment template when defining C macros. * include/configure.in: Deleted, content merged into ../configure.in. * include/Makefile.in (thisconfigdir, mydir): Updated for configure change.
