Associate org.spice-space.webdav.0 port to webdav channel
For example, with qemu, a webdav channel can be created this way:
-chardev spiceport,name=org.spice-space.webdav.0,...
And redirected to a virtio port:
-device virtserialport,...,name=org.spice-space.webdav.0
