Refactored PKCS12CertInfo and PKCS12KeyInfo classes.
The PKCS12CertInfo and PKCS12KeyInfo classes have been moved out
of PKCS12Util into separate classes.
The createLocalKeyID() has been modified to return BigInteger
instead of byte array.
