Lightweight CAs: remove redundant deletePrivateKey invocation
When deleting lightweight CAs, the call to
CryptoStore.deletePrivateKey() throws an exception because the
preceding call to CryptoStore.deleteCert() also deletes the key.
Remove the redundant call and add some commentary.
