Fix lightweight CA PEM-encoded PKCS #7 cert chain retrieval
The method to retrieve a lightweight CA's PEM-encoded PKCS #7 cert
chain incorrectly returns X.509 data wrapped in PKCS7 PEM header.
Return proper PKCS #7 data.
