Replaced CryptoManager.getTokenByName().
Direct invocations of CryptoManager.getTokenByName() have been
replaced with CryptoUtil.getCryptoToken() and getKeyStorageToken()
to ensure that internal token names are handled consistently both
in normal mode and FIPS mode.
