Add method CryptoUtil.importPKIArchiveOptions
Add the method CryptoUtil.importPKIArchiveOptions for importing a
wrapped key from a PKIArchiveOptions object. Also add another
variant of the createPKIArchiveOptions method, with a narrower API.
