Updated the tests, added user-membership cli tests
All the required certificates exist in one folder CERTDB_DIR,
variable defined in env.sh.
All pki-user CA, KRA and OCSP tests were changed to have
CERTDB_DIR and CERTDB_DIR_PASSWORD.
Fixed tests.
