Refactored SecurityDomainProcessor.
The SecurityDomainProcessor.getEnterpriseGroupName() has been
added to simplify ConfigurationUtils.getGroupName().
The SecurityDomainProcessor.getInstallToken() has been modified
to validate the user role and to generate safer session ID.
