Properly handle binary expressions, improved debugging output, handle property transitions in branch nodes.
* org.eclipse.cdt.codan.extension/src/org/eclipse/cdt/codan/extension/ConditionalVisitor.java: Don't assume binary expressions are &&.
* org.eclipse.cdt.codan.extension/src/org/eclipse/cdt/codan/extension/PropertySimulator.java: Better debug, property transitions.
