Use the generic setattr protocol instead of getting the module'sPYGTK_2_7_3

* gobject/pygobject.c (pygobject_new_with_interfaces): Use the
generic setattr protocol instead of getting the module's
dictionary and using setitem. Fixes bug #312999.
