Remove SGML support, require python 2.4, modernize, PEP-8ify. Make it run

Remove SGML support, require python 2.4, modernize,
PEP-8ify. Make it run on gio.
* codegen/definitions.py:
Make property iterable
* gio/gio.defs:
Include the gio-types.defs file.
