add support for G_TYPE_INTERFACE, provided the interface has a prereq on

* pygtype.c (pyg_value_from_pyobject): add support for
G_TYPE_INTERFACE, provided the interface has a prereq on
G_TYPE_OBJECT.
(pyg_value_as_pyobject): same here.
