* dm: treewide: Rename ..._platdata variables to just ..._platSimon Glass2020-12-131-1/+1
| | | | | | | Try to maintain some consistency between these variables by using _plat as a suffix for them. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
* common: Drop linux/bitops.h from common headerSimon Glass2020-05-182-0/+2
| | | | | | Move this uncommon header out of the common header. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
* x86: Make MSR_PKG_POWER_SKU commonSimon Glass2019-12-151-1/+0
| | | | | | | | This is used on several boards so add it to the common file. Also add a useful power-limit value while we are here. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>
* x86: Use a common bus clock for Intel CPUsSimon Glass2019-10-082-6/+0
| | | | | | | | Modern Intel CPUs use a standard bus clock value of 100MHz, so put this in a common file and tidy up the copies. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>
* x86: broadwell: Add support for serial I/O devicesSimon Glass2019-02-201-0/+82
| | | | | | | | Add support for initing the I2C device and ADSP on broadwell. These are needed for sound to work. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>
* x86: broadwell: Add support for the ADSPSimon Glass2019-02-203-0/+51
| | | | | | | | The Application Digital Signal Processor is used for sound processing with broadwell. Add a driver to support this. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>
* SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini2018-05-0710-20/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
* x86: broadwell: Add support for SDRAM setupSimon Glass2016-03-171-0/+177
| | | | | | | | | Broadwell uses a binary blob called the memory reference code (MRC) to start up its SDRAM. This is similar to ivybridge so we can mostly use common code for running this blob. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Acked-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>
* x86: broadwell: Add power-control supportSimon Glass2016-03-171-0/+129
| | | | | | | | | | Broadwell requires quite a bit of power-management setup. Add code to set this up correctly. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Acked-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com> [squashed in http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/598373/] Signed-off-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>
* x86: broadwell: Add an LPC driverSimon Glass2016-03-171-0/+32
| | | | | | | | Add a driver for the broadwell LPC (low-pin-count peripheral). This mostly uses common code. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Acked-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>
* x86: broadwell: Add a pinctrl driverSimon Glass2016-03-171-0/+91
| | | | | | | | | | | GPIO pins need to be set up on start-up. Add a driver to provide this, configured from the device tree. The binding is slightly different from the existing ICH6 binding, since that is quite verbose. The new binding should be just as extensible. * x86: broadwell: Add a PCH driverSimon Glass2016-03-171-0/+153
| | | | | | | Add a driver for the broadwell low-power platform controller hub. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Acked-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>
* x86: Add basic support for broadwellSimon Glass2016-03-175-0/+446
This adds the broadwell architecture, with the CPU driver and some useful header files. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Acked-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>
