powerpc/corenet_ds: Move CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE into corenet_ds.h
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE setting is common across the 'corenet_ds' board
family so move it out of P4080DS.h and into corenet_ds.h
