configs: ls1046a: Move SPI_FLASH_SPANSION to defconfig
Enable CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_SPANSION in defconfigs of LS1046ARDB and
LS1046AQDS which have two spansion flases i.e s25fs512s each of size
64M.
