ppc4xx: Optimizations/Cleanups for IBM DDR2 Memory Controller
Removed Magic numbers from Initialization preload registers
Tested with Kilauea, Glacier, Canyonlands and Katmai boards
About 5-7% improvement seen for LMBench memtests
