Keep po/anaconda.pot in the source tree (#522072)
Transifex doesn't seem to deal with projects that need the pot file
generated at build time. Bringing it back for now, hopefully at some
point in the future, Transifex can build the pot file if needed. I
would like for us to not have to worry about periodically regenerating
that file.
