Cluster node hosts file updates.
Remove default TSM entry from the "all" hosts file.
Add new hosts file for "rhel_base" nodes that does not include
anything for CIFSNAME. If a rhel_base node is used as a test client
then it should lookup CIFSNAME in DNS and connect via a real IP.
