New configuration variable SOFS_REPO_DAILY_SUFFIX.
Allows the suffix of the SoFS daily repository to be configured. This
is allows you to set the name of this repo to, say "SoFS-2.0-RC" by
setting SOFS_REPO_DAILY_SUFFIX to "2.0-RC".
