Initial work on merging the kickstart templates.
We continue to add more kickstart templates and they're 95% identical.
It makes sense to have a smaller number, perhaps 1, and use
configuration variables to avoid the duplication. Also, later
versions of the kickstart template contain both bug fixes and feature
changes. I don't see any harm in allowing the bug fixes to be
implicitly used for earlier versions - so we can parameterise less
changes.
