Merge the SoFS kickstart files and add SoFS-2.0.release.
The kickstart files across versions have been mostly the same, so this
merges and parameterises them. The strategy is to allow later
bugfixes to be applied to earlier versions - that does no harm. The
major differences are in in extra packages to install and extra
chkconfig commands to run, and these have been parameterised with some
new variables and some functions that are used in the release files.
Added a SoFS-2.0.release file and changed SoFS-daily to use it. Add
new variable SOFS_GUI_PACKAGES to support change in packaging
structure.
Also remove device descriptions and various post-install hacks that
are not relevant to virtual nodes.
