Rename configuration variable LANGUAGE to KS_LANGUAGE.
autocluster intentionally allows environment variables to override
configuration variables. However, LANGUAGE now seems become set to an
empty value in the recent Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty) release. This causes
the kickstart template to not define the installation language and to
stop and prompt for the language. Debugging this proved to be
horrible so we decided that the best idea is to rename the variable in
autocluster before it becomes a problem for more people.
