KVM Guest Windows VirtIO Drivers

The 'direct-downloads' directory contains the Windows MSI installer
files.

The 'virtio-win.repo' directory contains a YUM repo for installing
RPMs on the host, which contain the MSI installer files and unpacked
drivers.
