rOPENQAa351066b0cfa: add missing creadehdds dependencies to InstallGuide

Summary

Our temporary intern/student went through our InstallGuide and he
encountered problem with missing dependencies when running createhdds script.
This adds all missing dependencies.

Test Plan

Try to run createhdds.py all on clean machine.
