relvalsizes.json: maximum sizes for deliverables, as transcribed from https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/34/ReleaseBlocking and https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/34/Spins . Used by relval for checking composes and filing bugs when images are oversize. Would be nice if there were a canonical source that wasn't the wiki and was easily parseable.
