- Add a script to generate release tags and branches (Jeremy Cline)
- Set CONFIG_VDPA for fedora ("Justin M. Forbes")
- Provide defaults in ark-rebase-patches.sh (Jeremy Cline)
- Default ark-rebase-patches.sh to not report issues (Jeremy Cline)
